If you're one of the unfortunate members of the human race that is reduced to using AOL to gain access to the internet, the chat may deliver a message to you saying you're banned.
You might not actually be banned... If you get this message please do the following:

• Stop using the AOL browser to access the chat.

  
  

• Use Internet Explorer, Opera or Netsape. (other browsers might work alright, but those are the ones it's been tested for.



• Log off the internet, re-connect, and try again. Remember to not use the AOL browser.
• If those two choices don't work, restart your computer, reconnect to the internet, and re-access the chat not using the AOL browser.
