Who's In Charge?


ADMINS:
Andy & Chim (when he wants to be)
Admins have the power to do... everything. We control this world that is furryisland. o_o We can destroy... we can create... the alpha and the omega, et all.
Chim is an admin because it was his genius that coded this chat in the first place.
I (Andy) am an admin because I pay to keep it running, and I'm generally the one in charge all the time anyway.

MODS:
Chelly, Ezy, Adam, Jamis and Phil are mods.
Mods have the power to ban. If you're banned by a mod, you'll have to come to me (Andy) to get unbanned. NOT Chim. Do NOT bother Chim, like I said, he's an admin when he wants to be and is very busy playing Counterstrike. :P




I think I'd be a good mod! How can I become one?



Becoming a mod might be more trouble than it's worth. :)
To become a mod you have to formally request to be evaluated by me (Andy), or you have to be sponsored by a mod, or I will approach you personally. You're not told when your evaluation starts, or ends, and you're not told how you're doing, ever.


To become a mod you must:
Never be insulting to your fellow chatters
Never act in a childish manner
Apologize immediately whenever you do "slip up" (read as: fail to control yourself).
You must be willing to ban your friends, even close friends, should they break the rules.
You must be prepared to be HATED by some of the chatters, and still remain impartial.
You must never ban someone simply because you're angry with them for some personal manner.
You must never flaunt your power.
Frankly, I've found those who seek power, don't make good mods. All the mods I've recruited are people who I've approached with the job offer, not people who asked me for it.
